We provide fertility benefits for employees. Our members benefit from support 7 days a week, access to Telehealth solutions (video consultations, at home diagnostic kits, a digital platform) and discounted treatment.
Depending on the level of cover offered by your employer, you may also receive partial funding of treatment from your employer.

If your employer doesn’t offer Fertifa as part of their existing benefits portfolio, you can still sign up for a membership as an individual.
Our monthly membership fee is £13.99 for our basic package and £19.99 for our standard package.
This allows individuals access to the Fertifa platform. Additional services may cost extra depending on which package you are paying for.

On top of the above, you will receive a 10% discount on our wellbeing sessions with our partner providers and 3% (c.£50 – £150) off any fertility treatment with our partner clinics.
On top of the above, you will receive a 20% discount on our wellbeing sessions with our partner providers and 5% (c.£100 – £250) off any fertility treatment with our partner clinics. You will also receive 2 free wellbeing sessions as part of your membership.
Yes! We offer various services for both men and women that are going through a fertility journey.
You will not need to pay a monthly membership for your partner.
Once you become a member of Fertifa, you will receive log-in details to get access to our digital platform.
One of our fertility advisors will reach out to you and arrange a scoping consultation with you to find out more about your circumstances and your objectives.
The advisor will explain a bit more about next steps and create a fertility plan suitable for you. This may involve a consultation with a doctor, at home diagnostic kits, a referral to our NHS experts or book you in for a course of wellbeing sessions.
No. When you sign up to Fertifa, we will set up a monthly membership subscription. This fee is payable monthly but can be cancelled at any time.
However, as with any wellbeing or holistic services, we recommend staying with Fertifa for around 12 months to benefit the most from our services. Of course, this will vary from person to person depending on the complexity of your treatment.
We have in-house and partner wellbeing providers. While we are constantly increasing the number of partners that we work with, we currently provide:
- Nutritional therapy
- Fertility coaching
As part of your membership, you will also have access to consultations with our doctors, nurses and NHS navigation experts.
Fertifa have partnered with a leading test provider and their accredited laboratories to deliver the hormone blood tests at the comfort of your home. It can save up to 50% compared to a private clinic test.
You can order the test online – either through the ‘order tests’ button on the Platform or through dropping us a message. Once you have paid for the test, we will get in touch with our test provider will send a testing kit via next-day delivery to your address.
The testing kit will contain all the information required to take the test in the comfort of your home. If it’s a hormone test, it must be conducted on day 2-4 of the menstrual cycle (day 1 is the first day of menstruation). When the test is done, you can use the Free-post envelope to return the kit directly to the laboratory.
Once we receive the results, we will drop you a message on the Fertifa Platform to discuss with you further.
Fertifa have partnered with ExSeed Health – an innovative company that aims to allow men to take control of their fertility journey and empower them to improve their sperm quality and general health.
ExSeed Health is an app available on iOS and Android phones which can be purchased directly through the Fertifa Platform.
The app enables us to provide reliable, accurate and fast results about a male’s sperm quality from the comfort and privacy of their home. With these results, our patients will also get straightforward and personalised advice about their health.
Once purchased, you should receive the ExSeed Health device within 3 working days.
The box comes with simple instructions on how to get your sperm sample analysed with the app. It takes a few minutes before the sperm cells will appear on the your phone where you’ll be able to see the sperm cells swim in the sample.
With a Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis (CASA), your sperm will be tested accurately in a few seconds and the results will appear on the phone.
The ExSeed Health test kit assesses a patient’s Total Motile Sperm Count – effectively measuring volume, sperm count and sperm motility. This is what most fertility clinics will also be testing in their labs.
You’re able to purchase the ExSeed Health sperm testing kit through the ‘Order Test’ button on the left hand side of your platform navigation. We’ll send you a message confirming the order and talk you through any questions you may have.
