Employers can no longer afford to ignore the reproductive health of their employees or dismiss this as a minority issue. Reproductive health matters can affect a large majority of any employee base as many individuals strive to reproduce at some point in time; men as well as women can suffer from infertility factors at any age; 1 in 6 couples experience difficulties conceiving; and LGBT+ couples and single prospective parents may need donor conception, surrogacy or adoption support.

Individuals frequently describe these experiences – often lasting for several years – as highly stressful and draining, both financially, emotionally and physically. This can significantly impact the employer in terms of reduced employee wellbeing, productivity, motivation and retention.

At this webinar Hema Wara (ex-HR Business Partner and now Product Director and Fertility Advocate at Fertifa) and Bruce Eaton (independent healthcare, benefits and insurance advisor) will set out the case for promoting reproductive wellbeing in businesses today.
