How and why you should put reproductive health support in place

Last November, we released the results of the UK's largest-ever survey on the impact of fertility challenges in the workplace. Almost 1 in 5 people left their job or took a significant change in responsibilities due to fertility challenges, and 3 in 4 people said their productivity at work was significantly impacted by fertility challenges.‍

Reproductive health benefits are no longer a 'nice to have'.

Last November, we released the results of the UK's largest-ever survey on the impact of fertility challenges in the workplace. Almost 1 in 5 people left their job or took a significant change in responsibilities due to fertility challenges, and 3 in 4 people say their productivity at work was significantly impacted by fertility challenges.

Other research has shown that 1 in 10 menopausal women leave work due to the symptoms, and people with endometriosis lose up to 17 days per year due to the condition.

It's becoming more important than ever to put reproductive health benefits in place. During this webinar, Fertifa's Head of People and Operations, Céline Crawford, will be joined by Fertifa's Medical Director and leading Gynaecologist, Dr Gidon Lieberman.

They will discuss why reproductive health benefits can help retain the best talent, create an inclusive workplace, improve employee wellbeing, and drive significant financial benefits for your company.

Gidon and Céline will also talk through actionable strategies on how to integrate reproductive health benefits in as easy a way as possible.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A with Gidon and Céline. Looking forward to seeing you there!
