50% of neurodivergent people say they feel burnt out at work. Standard workplace environments, performance frameworks, and traditional management styles were not built with neurodivergent minds in mind. This leads to masking and burnout, high turnover, and vast pools of untapped talent.

While neurodiversity awareness is growing, gaps in provision remain particularly around late diagnosis, women's experiences, and intersectional health concerns, like menopause. Without dedicated clinical care and proactive manager frameworks, unsupportive workplace structures lead directly to employee turnover and, absenteeism and lost productivity.

In this session, Fertifa and Melios bring together clinical expertise and strategic HR guidance to equip People Leaders with actionable tools to modernise neurodiversity support across their organisations.
