It is estimated that 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodivergent, yet most traditional workplaces are designed for neurotypical people. By introducing a dedicated neurodiversity strategy and inclusive practices, companies can expect to see increased employee retention and improved engagement across their whole organisation. 89% of companies that implement neuroinclusive policies see an uplift in employee engagement.

This training session is designed for HR Managers and People Leaders to provide a practical framework for supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. You will come away with an understanding of what it means to be neurodivergent, the legal responsibilities you have as an employer, including for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act, and how to build a neuroinclusive culture that benefits your entire workforce.

Attendees will gain confidence and understanding on how to implement neurodiversity initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and improve performance.
