Nearly 30% of women going through menopause consider leaving their jobs without support, while 78% say reproductive health benefits would make them more likely to join or stay.

Women account for half of the workforce, yet only 38% of senior management roles are held by women globally. Endometriosis, fertility challenges, PCOS, pregnancy, and menopause can all directly impact productivity, engagement. Benefits that support women at every life stage are essential pillars of an inclusive and equitable workplace that actively supports the development and retention of female leaders.

On the 21st of January, we will be joined by Danielle Harmer, Chief People Officer at AVIVA, alongside Eileen Burbidge, Fertifa's Executive Director to discuss how AVIVA prioritised supporting women in the workplace to reach a 50/50 gender balance in their senior leadership team.

During this webinar, we'll discuss how prioritising women's health and wellbeing in the workplace can improve gender balance in senior leadership, reduce gender pay gaps in your company, and contribute to a positive ROI, less attrition and a more engaged workforce.
