To mark Menopause Awareness Month this October, we'll be running a session on how to build a legally compliant Menopause Action Plan for 2027, ahead of the upcoming Employment Rights Act changes.
From April 2026, publishing a Menopause Action Plan became optional for employers with 250 or more employees. From spring 2027, it's mandatory. If yours isn't drafted yet, now is the time to get ahead of it.
Join Eileen Burbidge and Céline Crawford for a session built specifically for HR and People teams who need a plan that will actually hold up: legally sound, workable for managers to deliver day to day, and ready to put in front of your leadership team.
Why now?
Menopause Awareness Month is the natural point in the calendar to get this on your leadership team's agenda. Waiting until the requirement is confirmed in law leaves you drafting under pressure. Starting this October gives you time to do it properly ahead of spring 2027.
