It’s the second most common gynaecological condition in the UK, and yet there is still no cure for it. It takes an average of 7.5 years to get an endometriosis diagnosis, and the main symptom is severe abdominal pain.

To mark Endometriosis Awareness Month, our Executive Director, Eileen Burbidge, will be joined by our Medical Director, Dr Gidon Lieberman, to discuss endometriosis. Gidon is a leading consultant gynaecologist with over 25 years of experience working in reproductive health, and expertise in women’s health conditions such as endometriosis. Together they will discuss:

  • What endometriosis is
  • The symptoms of endometriosis
  • How to get diagnosed and the treatment options available

You can submit any endometriosis-related questions for Gidon here. There will be plenty of time for Q&A with Dr Gidon, so come along with any you might have.
