Through the Fertifa app, patients will have access to video consultations and appointments with our in-house clinical team, from the comfort of their own home.

We provide our patients and their baby with expert advice and treatment for all adult mental and physical health challenges or concerns, from breastfeeding challenges to post natal depression, to sleep support, and much more.

The infant care support pathway

Fertifa can help individuals manage stress and navigate mental health journeys with expert resources, medical care, and a holistic and ongoing approach. This includes unlimited 1-2-1 chats and calls with the Fertifa clinical team, and referrals to specialist care where appropriate.

EDUCATION

Book an initial consultation

30-min discussing with one of our nurses or midwives to discuss any concerns or questions you may have about your or your baby. They will discuss your situation and advise you on the best next steps.

Discuss a plan of action

After your discussion with a dedicated nurse or midwife, they can recommend any additional treatment or support. This could be anything from a referral to a breastfeeding clinic, recommendations for night nannies, mental health care referrals or when to seek urgent care for baby’s rash or other concern. Your dedicated advisor will be there to help you determine the best support for you and your baby.

Support

Submit your claims

If your company offers financing as part of your benefits package, you can upload your invoices and receipts from treatment or wellbeing support directly though the Fertifa app. You'll be reimbursed through your monthly payroll.

Whether you've accessed one off treatment or sought support for an ongoing concern, we're there every step of the way, until you no longer need us. We'll schedule in follow-up discussions or check in over chat as often or as little as you need.
