Fertifa is officially B Corp certified: Redefining the standard for inclusive healthcare

At Fertifa, our mission has always been to fill the gaps in underserved areas of healthcare - from fertility and family-forming to menopause, neurodiversity, and non-urgent infant care. We are excited to share that Fertifa is now a Certified B Corp.
While the minimum score for certification is 80, Fertifa achieved an overall impact score of 113.2. This score places us among the top tier of B2B health-tech companies globally. It is a validation of one of our key values at Fertifa, "bias for action", and our commitment to using business as a force for good.
What does it mean to be a B Corp?
B Corp certification isn’t just a tick box; it’s a rigorous assessment of a company’s entire social and environmental impact. It measures how we treat our employees, how we protect our customers’ data, how we contribute on a societal level, and how we govern our mission. For Fertifa, it shows that we’re setting a new benchmark for employee benefit providers.
How we achieved a score of 113.2
Our high score was driven by four key areas of our business:
- Filling critical healthcare gaps: A significant portion of our score comes from our Impact Business Model. We have designed our services specifically to serve areas of healthcare that falls in the gaps between Private Medical Insurance and public healthcare. By providing fast, easy access to expert care for gender identity, neurodiversity, and women’s and men’s health, we are ensuring that essential care is accessible to every employee, regardless of their journey.
- Gold-standard employee standards: With a score of 34.6 in the Workers category, we have demonstrated a commitment to our team that far exceeds industry norms. We offer the Fertifa team the same world-class health benefits we provide to our clients.
- Mission-locked governance: We have legally embedded our social and environmental goals into our corporate DNA. This means that as Fertifa grows and scales, our commitment to our stakeholders remains a legal requirement and our primary priority.
- A bias for action in DEI (community): Our score of 9.8 in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) section reflects our work in addressing health disparities. We ensure our services are inclusive of all races, ages, sexual orientations, and economic statuses, going where others don’t to provide essential care.
