It is estimated that 1 in 7 people in the UK are neurodiverse, and 45% have lost or left their job because of challenges due to being misunderstood. However, with the right support in place, neurodivergent employees can up to 30% more productive.
Neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, bring unique strengths and perspectives to the workplace. However, traditional workplace environments often present barriers that can hinder their potential, leading to lower engagement, reduced productivity, and increased turnover.
Proactive and understanding approach to neurodiversity can unlock immense value. A truly neuroinclusive strategy focuses on creating an environment where neurodivergent individuals not only belong but are empowered to excel, creating a richer, more innovative, and more productive workplace, for everyone.
