ERGs are uniquely positioned to identify the health needs of employees that formal structures often miss. But bridging the gap between community insight and employer action isn't always straightforward.

On the 9th of June, Fertifa will be joined by Liz Brand (Fertility Matters at Cadent Co-founder, and Women at Cadent Memeber) and Sam Hubert (Men's Engagement Network at Cadent Lead), to learn how Cadent Gas ERG networks work together and with HR teams to actively implement change in their workplace health and wellbeing strategy.

Attendees will learn how to transition ERGs from passive groups to active drivers of inclusive benefits and workplace support. You'll come away with an understanding of how to maximise the potential of your ERG networks and translate employee insight and experiences into real workplace policies and benefits that are actually valued and used by your people.
